If you really want to give yourself a quick mani, then your need to ditch a layer of polish. It's very difficult to harden three layers efficiently. Perhaps you need to consider one layer of colour and a top coat. Air dry them for two minutes and submerge them in cold water for three minutes. The icy water freeze dries the polish, sealing and hardening it quickly. Beware however, that the older your polish, the more gluggy it's likely to become, which means it will take forever to dry regardless of what you do.
